Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dishwasher Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your appliance is back in working order as soon as possible. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused part in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned part, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
